By downloading and using Chelnok Boxing Timer ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Chelnok for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute, bypass security features, or use the App to develop competing products.
User Responsibilities
You use the App at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any training program. The App is a timing tool, not professional medical or coaching advice.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Chelnok Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Google Play terms and policies.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play subscriptions or the in-app subscription management option when available.
Advertisements
Chelnok may display third-party advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for advertiser content.
Intellectual Property
All content in Chelnok, including design, graphics, code, and text, is the intellectual property of Chelnok Studios and protected by copyright law. Third-party components are used under their respective licenses.
Data and Backups
Chelnok stores workout data locally on your device. We recommend regularly backing up your device. We are not responsible for lost local data due to device issues, uninstalling the App, or clearing app storage.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate on every device.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, or physical injury arising from your use of the App.
Third-Party Links
Chelnok may link to external websites, privacy policies, support pages, and subscription management pages. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in harmful behavior.
